She’s interested in understanding how one’s upbringing shapes individual differences in personalities, attachment styles, and vulnerabilities to psychopathologies. In her free time, she volunteers at a public children’s hospital and is a mentor at the HK Social Welfare Department’s Strive and Rise Programme for underprivileged students. She enjoys playing racquet sports and boardgames, journaling, going on road trips to relax in nature, and hunting for local street food!

BIOGRAPHY
I am currently underway in my graduate studies in the Master of Social Sciences of Psychology program after having attained a duo undergraduate degree in Financial Economics and Political Science. I am fascinated by developmental, bio-psycho-social factors that influences specific risks of psychopathology with particular interests in depression, anxiety, PTSD and complex-PTSD. I hope to dive deeper in this research to further contribute to the discussion of pathology processes and intervention effectiveness.
