Improving Access to Community Therapies
In collaboration with MindHK and a team of local researchers, this study aims to assess the effectiveness of a comprehensive curriculum for training psychological wellbeing practitioners (PWPs) in delivering low-intensity Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to clients with mild to moderate depression or anxiety.
